In July 2024, the Quality Inspection Center organized the expert review meeting of the above four work instructions in the form of online video conference, and senior experts from China Environmental Monitoring Station, China Environmental Protection Industry Association, provincial and municipal ecological environment monitoring stations and nearly 30 domestic and foreign representatives of relevant instrument manufacturers attended the meeting. After questioning and discussion, the expert group agreed that the issuance and implementation of the four operational instructions can effectively standardize the performance and quality of automatic pollution source monitoring (monitoring) intelligent data acquisition and transmission instrument, small environmental air non-methane total hydrocarbon automatic monitoring instrument, fixed pollution source gas volatile organic component (benzene series) gas chromatography continuous monitoring system, and water quality total organic carbon online monitoring instrument. Effectively support the needs of ecological environment management, the four operation instructions can be used as the technical basis for the applicability testing of relevant instruments.
