In industrial scenarios including automated production, water treatment pump stations, hydraulic and pneumatic control, and machinery manufacturing, the accuracy, stability and environmental adaptability of pressure detection equipment directly determine the operating efficiency and safety factor of the whole control system. To address industrial site pain points such as drastic temperature fluctuations, strong electromagnetic interference and harsh complex working conditions, Atech has launched a full series of diffused silicon pressure transmitters. Featuring precise craftsmanship, stable performance and high adaptability, these transmitters become the mainstream preferred equipment for various industrial pressure measurement and control scenarios, widely applicable to diverse industrial process detection and automatic control systems.

This series of diffused silicon pressure transmitters adopts an integrated structure made entirely of 304 stainless steel. The whole unit is manufactured via precision machining and laser welding, delivering excellent cavity tightness to fundamentally eliminate medium leakage, air leakage and water seepage. Featuring sturdy structure with outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, the transmitter can work with various industrial media such as water, oil and gas for long-term operation. Compared with ordinary pressure detection instruments, the stainless steel housing greatly enhances wear and corrosion resistance. It can continuously operate under harsh conditions with high humidity, dust and alternating high & low temperatures, effectively lowering equipment failure rates and extending service life.

In terms of core measurement performance, this diffused silicon pressure transmitter is equipped with a high-precision diffused silicon sensing core. Subjected to fully automatic computer testing, screening and precise laser trimming calibration, combined with intelligent compensation technology over a wide temperature range, it achieves accurate temperature compensation from -20℃ to +85℃ and effectively eliminates measurement deviations caused by temperature changes. The thermal drift reaches as low as ±0.02%FS/℃, and the annual long-term stability is ≤±0.1%FS/year. Two high-precision specifications (±0.25%FS and ±0.5%FS) are optional. Supported by high-frequency response characteristics, it captures dynamic pressure changes accurately in real time and outputs stable data without fluctuation. Meanwhile, built-in anti-interference digital circuits provide powerful immunity to radio frequency and electromagnetic interference, perfectly adapting to complex industrial sites densely equipped with inverters and motors, and ensuring authentic and valid measurement data.

Developed to meet practical demands of industrial sites, this diffused silicon pressure transmitter integrates multiple safety and humanized designs. Built-in reverse polarity protection prevents equipment damage caused by incorrect wiring and reduces barriers for on-site installation and maintenance. Rated IP65, the unit supports operation within an ultra-wide temperature range of -40℃ ~ +85℃ and boasts excellent shock and vibration resistance to adapt to all kinds of extreme working conditions. It covers an ultra-wide pressure measuring range of 0.1 bar ~ 600 bar, compatible with mainstream output signals including 4~20mA, 0~5VDC, 0~10VDC and 0.5~4.5VDC, supporting 2-wire and 3-wire wiring modes. Multiple specifications of pressure ports and electrical connectors are available together with customized services, enabling quick connection with various industrial equipment and delivering remarkable adaptability.

In terms of safety protection performance, the transmitter withstands normal overload pressure of 150%FS and ultimate burst pressure of 200%FS, paired with 100g shock resistance. It features outstanding pressure and vibration resistance, rarely suffers damage under high-load working conditions and provides higher operational safety. Frequent calibration and maintenance are unnecessary; it supports 24-hour uninterrupted stable operation and greatly cuts enterprise equipment maintenance costs.

Benefiting from core strengths including high precision, excellent stability, strong anti-interference capability and broad adaptability, ATECH diffused silicon pressure transmitters are widely applied in industrial process measurement & control, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, engineering machinery manufacturing, automatic testing equipment, pump station water treatment, energy equipment and other industries. They offer reliable hardware support for pressure monitoring and closed-loop control in industrial automation, serving as cost-effective and highly dependable preferred pressure detection equipment in industrial measurement and control fields.
